Classroom Certification
Instructor-led classroom training is ideal for individuals looking for a structured, hands-on, interactive learning environment. The combination of lectures, trainer demonstrations, lab exercises and group discussions create a highly-effective environment for learning Retail Pro. Certification exams are scheduled for the last three days of the class.
Classes are held throughout the year at Retail Pro headquarters in Folsom, California, USA as well as in Europe and Asia.

Note: more experienced technicians who do not require the training portion of this class are free to attend the 3-day testing session only.
Remote Certification
To ensure the integrity of the certification process, remote certification exams must be completed in a proctored environment (like classroom or onsite certifications). The proctor will monitor the test-taker and his/her testing environment during the entire exam.
Technical Requirements:
- Screen Resolution: 1024x768 Minimum (the higher the better)
- RAM: 2 Gig minimum
- Broadband Internet Connection: DSL/Cable or better
- Web Camera

Onsite Certification
