Certifications Available - Different certifications are available to evaluate different areas of Retail Pro competency and are valid for up to 2 years from the date of certification. For a full listing of available certifications, go to the Training & Certification section of this website.

• Classroom-Based Certification - Retail Pro training classes typically include separate days to allow classroom students to complete certification exams. These scheduled certification days are also available to non-classroom students as well. Once enrolled for the classroom-based certification exam, all you have to do is show up at the designated location on test day. • In-Person Certification - You can schedule to come out to the Testing Center located at Retail Pro International headquarters in Folsom, CA, USA. Once enrolled in an in-person certification exam, all you have to do is show up at the designated location on test day. • Remote Certification - Certification exams, including practical assessments, can be completed entirely over the internet. A proctored (supervised) testing environment can be accomplished using inexpensive webcams and software applications. • Onsite Certification - Companies wishing to certify a large group of employees at the same time may find it more time- and cost-efficient to have an authorized Retail Pro Trainer come onsite to proctor (supervise) the certification exam(s). • Retail Pro End Users - you can purchase the required # of Training Credits from your authorized local Retail Pro Business Partner (Dealer), who will also be able to give you detailed pricing information. If you do not know who your authorized BP is, contact us at training@retailpro.com or using the Contact Us form and we can assist you. If your company has already purchased Training Credits, go to the Training & Certification section of this website to redeem your Training Credits for any available certification exam.
  
  
• Business Partners - go to the Training & Certification section of this website to submit a request for certification. Once your request has been received, we will get authorization from your BPTA (Business Partner Training Administrator) before processing it.
