Retail Pro University has been training Retail Pro professionals worldwide for over 20 years. We offer a variety of training options to help you expand your Retail Pro knowledge, build vital skills and prepare for certification exams.
Training Formats - Depending on your learning style and availability, you can take advantage of the different training formats offered:
- Classroom Training - a Retail Pro training class is ideal for individuals looking for a fully-immersive Retail Pro learning experience. Work directly with qualified and knowledgeable Retail Pro Trainers as well as fellow students from the Business Partner and User communities. Classes are held throughout the year at Retail Pro headquarters in Folsom, California, USA as well as in Europe and Asia. To see what classes are coming up, check out the Training Calendar.
- Online Courses - self-paced, online training courses provide a flexible and cost-effective learning experience. And because all coursework (lectures, quizzes, lab exercises) is identical to that of the classroom format, there is no compromise in qualify or depth of instruction. Working with Training Credits - course enrollment requires the redemption of Training Credits:
- Retail Pro End Users - you can purchase the required # of Training Credits from your authorized local Retail Pro Business Partner (Dealer), who will also be able to give you detailed pricing information. If you do not know who your authorized BP is, contact us at training@retailpro.com or using the Contact Us form and we can assist you. If your company has already purchased Training Credits, go to the Training & Certification section of this website to redeem your Training Credits for any available online training course or instructor-led class.
- Business Partners - go to the Training & Certification section of this website to submit a request for training. Once your request has been received, we will get authorization from your BPTA (Business Partner Training Administrator) before processing it.
Training vs. Certification - upon successful completion of a training course, you will receive a certificate of completion verifying that you have completed all required coursework associated with the course. To become certified, you must participate in the Retail Pro Certification Program. Certifications are available for different functional areas.
