Retail Pro 8 Certified Technician (RPCT)

OVERVIEW:  The Certified Technician course focuses primarily on two areas - polling and DVS. You will learn how to set up and automate the polling process to update Retail Pro systems company-wide. You will also learn how to troubleshoot polling-related issues. Lastly, you will learn how to use DVS (Data Verification System) to locate and fix database inconsistencies. Time to Complete: 40 hours

NOTE: this is a training course. Successful completion of this training course will entitle you to a certificate-of-completion. This course may also be used to help you prepare for a given certification exam.
